Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged product, please follow our return guidelines:

  1. Any product to be returned should be in its original condition: unwashed, unused, with its original tagging, and in undamaged packaging for a refund or exchange.

  2. If you have any complaints regarding your purchase, kindly raise them within 1 day for an exchange. This should be done after contacting our support team at support@tootooie.com or through our helpline.

  3. Please note, if you wish to exchange a product simply because you do not like it, we will not be able to entertain such requests. Any legitimate concerns should be directed to support@tootooie.com.

  4. If the product you receive is not as described on our website, please contact us for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

  5. If you have made an advance payment and require a refund, you will need to share your bank account details along with your complaint to support@tootooie.com for us to process the refund.

  6. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise via a traceable delivery method such as courier or registered post at their own expense. We will not cover these delivery charges.

  7. If you have opted for a special color and paid extra, only then will your color preference be prioritized. Please note, color variations are not included in our refund or exchange policy.

  8. Kindly refrain from writing on or placing tape on the manufacturer's box.

  9. If the returned product is found to be in inadequate condition upon inspection, it will be sent back to you as received.

  10. Once we have thoroughly inspected the condition and packaging of the returned product, we will process an exchange within 7 days.

  11. All returns should be sent to Tootooie.
